Carrier Specific Instructions:
Physician Library: For Billing Provider Secondary Information use G5 as Qualifier and then Site Number.
Subscriber Information - Enter eCura ID# in Insured Policy Group Number field.
Do not select 'Zip File' on Electronic Claims dialog box when submitting claims.
