Scenario:
You would like to move EZClaim to a new computer and you would like your Capario reports to be available to you on the new computer.
Solution 1:
Backup
Open the Electronic Claims window.
Click on the Capario FTP button.
Click on the Backup/Restore rpts button.
Click on the Backup Reports button.
Select the location you want to save the file too, i.e. a USB flash drive.
Note: EZClaim created the file name for you (write down that name).
Click on the Save button.
Click on the Close button.
Restore
Open the Electronic Claims window.
Click on the Capario FTP button.
Click on the Backup/Restore rpts button.
Click on the Restore Reports from Backup button.
Select the file name (the name written down) you want to restore.
Click on the Open button.
You will receive a message that the 'Reports were successfully restored to’
Click on the OK button.
Solution 2:
You will want to copy the files from the C:\pmsft directory and paste them in the same directory on the new computer.
