How to enter the resubmission code and Original Claim Reference Number
- Open the claim to resubmit.
- Click the 'View Other Fields' button.
- Enter the reference number of the original claim (found on the EOB) and one of the following codes in the resubmission field:
1 Original
6 Corrected
7 Replacement
8 Void
