EZClaim does not support the viewing of a backup file. You can confirm the backup file by performing a restore.
The backup file is a ZIP compression file (not a zip disk file). You must use a ZIP compression utility such as WinZip (www.winzip.com) or other disk compression utility to view the contents of the file. To view the contents of the EZData.mdb file, which holds all your patient and claim data, you must use Access 97 or higher (do not convert the database to a higher version of Access). You cannot view patient, claim or note templates or auto fill libraries directly.
